This is not needed anymore, use Google Earth or NASA World Wind instead:
This site used to host a topographic model of Lisboa, but since better alternatives now exist and the model wasn't updated since 1999
I figured it would be better to take it offline.
We now have access to global topographic models both from Nasa and Google, so you
are far better using those than the old, cumbersome, VRML based model.
